Qualifications

• Five years to eight years of similar or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications recognized in the industry.

Responsabilités

• Underwrites loans within authorized levels; reviews loan underwriting decisions of subordinate personnel.
• Directs, develops, motivates, and disciplines branch personnel; administers performance evaluations and recommends appropriate personnel actions.
• Monitors branch operating results relative to established objectives and ensures corrective actions as needed.
• Maintains communications with main office; prepares and submits standard reports; attends scheduled management meetings.
• Represents the branch in relationships with customers, community, suppliers, other financial institutions, and similar groups.
• Controls past due and charged off accounts for the branch.
• Monitors all branch activities to ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• May serve as backup to customer service representative.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
