Job summary

Huntington Bank in Buffalo Grove is seeking a Branch Manager to lead all aspects of sales, service and operations, coaching the team to meet budgeted goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will manage a portfolio of high value consumer and business customers, deepen relationships through referrals, and build strong internal partnerships to drive business in the market area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and previous management experience.
• Ability to drive branch sales, service, and financial performance within the branch and digital channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; adept with technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of high value consumer and business customers.
• Lead team to refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Oversee branch operations while ensuring policy compliance and risk controls.
