Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Branch Manager in Buffalo Grove, IL to lead all facets of the branch—sales, service and operations—and coach the team to achieve budgeted production goals and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include developing referrals to partners, hiring and developing staff, and engaging with the community while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance across the branch.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role, or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Background checks including fingerprinting may be required per NMLS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch sales, service, and operations to achieve production goals.
• Recruit, hire, and develop branch colleagues to Huntington’s culture.
• Develop and deepen customer relationships and refer to partners as needed.
• Oversee community involvement and external partnerships to drive business.
• Ensure adherence to policies, security, and regulatory requirements.
