Job summary

United Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a key location. You will hire and motivate a team across sales, service, maintenance, and drivers, while ensuring outstanding customer service and profitability.

You’ll oversee safety, audits, budgets, and reports, and drive business initiatives with strong leadership and a results‑oriented mindset. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong business acumen.
• Proven track record in branch leadership and P&L responsibility.
• Strong sales, customer service, and team-motivation skills.
• Experience in equipment rental or similar industries is a plus.
• Proficient in budgeting, reporting, and using MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations to ensure safety, productivity, customer service and profitability.
• Oversee sales efforts and implement business initiatives.
• Prepare reports including P&L, operating reviews and budgets.
• Handle personnel matters and safety compliance.
