Job summary

You will supervise and coach staff, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and coordinate with Regional Managers and HR on hiring and performance. The role requires leadership, bilingual ability in Spanish a plus, and an NMLS license; travel to other branches may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Minimum of five years in a management capacity is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with Spanish as a plus.
• Must possess an NMLS license or obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Strong sales and service skills and ability to coach staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Flexible and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example and builds existing retail and business customer relationships while developing new consumer relationships.
• Develops new business relationships by identifying prospects and following up with external calls.
• Achieves sales, deposit growth, investment and fee income goals and helps control costs.
• Coaches branch sales team to provide financial solutions to customers.
• Ensures compliance with KYC, OFAC, CIP and information security policies.
