Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Branch Leader to guide branch operations, ensure excellent customer experience, and comply with banking laws. You will coach and mentor team members and collaborate with partners to meet financial goals for individuals and businesses.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–4 years in sales, retail management, or banking, and NMLS registration with background and credit checks. Location is on-site in Ohio; five days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking.
• NMLS registration required; background and credit check.
