Job summary

Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is seeking a Branch Manager in Norcross, GA to lead daily branch operations, drive customer service excellence, and ensure safe, efficient performance. You will guide budgeting, inventory control, and policy execution while coaching a high‑performing team.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of leadership in construction distribution, strong communication, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in management or leadership roles in construction or building materials distribution
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily branch activities to achieve optimal efficiency and service levels
• Monitor operational performance, including inventory control and product/service quality
• Ensure execution of company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Support budgeting processes and ensure departmental alignment with business goals
• Forecast and manage sales performance in a high-growth environment
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for branch personnel
• Partner with managers on recruitment, selection, and staff development
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture aligned with FBM values
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to grow market share
• Collaborate with leadership to establish short- and long-term business goals
