You’ll oversee operations, partner with local communities, and promote a culture of service, integrity, and growth while maintaining regulatory and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum one year of leadership experience.
• Minimum four years in a sales, retail, or banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive member growth through relationships and deposits/loans.
• Coach team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Maintain a service-first culture aligned with values.
• Oversee branch operations, schedules, and efficiency.
• Partner with community leaders to strengthen connections.
