Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Branch Manager for our Airway Heights office. You will supervise staff, manage HQ communications such as billing and payroll, and oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality in-home care for our clients.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (or extensive management experience) and 2–5 years leading a team of five or more. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop branch administrative staff.
• Serve as main contact for HQ communications, billing, and payroll audits.
• Ensure policy compliance through staff training.
• Perform client intakes, assessments, and care planning as needed.
• Assist staffing supervisors with caregiver scheduling.
• Conduct quality audits and ensure proper documentation.
• Align marketing efforts with branch capacity and goals.
• Address escalated client or caregiver concerns.
