Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field or equivalent work experience (0-5 years of management experience).
• Educational experience should be business or financial industry related.
• Intermediate knowledge of bank operations, products and services and related laws and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills – able to work with minimal supervision.
• Intermediate skills in computer terminals and personal computer operation; mainframe systems; word processing and spreadsheets.
• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support branch operations staff including tellers and new accounts.
• Promote superior customer service and conduct staff trainings.
• Ensure audit compliance and quality control; conduct branch cash audits.
• Foster a positive sales environment and monitor cross-selling against goals.
• Manage branch lending functions, processing, booking and related reports.
