Denney Electric Supply: In business 85 years, with 11 locations and growing! We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Branch Manager to lead our Kennett Square location. You will oversee store operations, supervise staff, deliver exceptional customer service, and serve as the face of Denney Electric in Chester County.

Leadership and Operations

• Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of approximately 15 employees
• Ensure efficient, accurate, and safe daily store operations
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and compliance with company processes
• Maintain a professional and organized store environment

Sales and Customer Relations

• Support outside sales efforts to grow the local market.
• Serve as the primary escalation contact for customer issues.
• Promote Denney Electric products, solutions, and services.

Warehouse and Logistics

• Oversee receiving, stocking, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support accurate order processing.

Team Development

• Coach and mentor employees to build a capable, customer-focused team.
• Provide ongoing training and technical knowledge.
• Encourage a positive and collaborative work culture

Required Skills & Qualifications
