JPMorganChase is seeking a Branch Manager in Miami to lead all branch activities, deliver exceptional client experiences, and coach the team to achieve growth in deposits and investments. You will represent the brand with hospitality and leverage modern banking solutions to meet clients’ financial needs.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to work weekends, and a commitment to risk management and operational integrity while developing local community relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
