Job summary

General Floor Industries is hiring for a Branch Manager In Training (MIT) at our Holmes, PA showroom. This role offers hands-on leadership development across branch operations, with a clear path to leadership and a strong focus on customer service excellence.

You will support daily sales, service, and inventory, lead by example, assist with scheduling and training, and help manage pricing and displays while keeping a safe, organized showroom and warehouse. EOE/DFW.
