Berry Tractor & Equipment is seeking an early career professional to join the division of our growing family of construction equipment dealerships. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business emphasis helpful but not necessary.
• High potential with strong intelligence and emotional intelligence.
• Flexible, multi-assignment in a dynamic environment and timeline.
• Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
