Responsibilities

• Manage and lead branch performance and growth activities, driving growth and client relationships.
• Identify client solutions through discovery; conduct outbound calls and meetings; manage pipeline.
• Deliver proactive, differentiated client experience across in‑person and digital channels.
• Build and coach a high-performing branch team and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
• Mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance with policies and procedures.
