Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Branch Manager to administer and efficiently run a full-service branch. You will lead operations, lending, product sales, and customer service while promoting a high-performance sales culture.

Responsibilities include staff leadership, coaching, and achieving branch sales goals through new business and client retention, with emphasis on compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of consumer finance experience or related industry experience.
• Personnel management and budgeting skills.
• Effective communication, organization and sales skills.
• Proficient working knowledge of loan software and Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate staff to meet goals and objectives relating to branch profitability, loan volume, credit quality, delinquency and expenses.
• Make loan decisions up to established lending limits and oversee collection efforts in delinquency stages.
• Pursue business development relationships within the community.
• Sell products and services to meet sales goals.
• Oversee hiring, staffing, training, performance reviews and terminations as applicable.
• Establish lending authority for associates.
• Ensure high quality client service and satisfaction.
