Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role or Bachelor's Degree.
• Licenses require background check and fingerprints per NMLS regulations.
• Bachelor's Degree and management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of high value consumer and business customers; refer to other bank areas as needed.
• Lead team to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Identify sales and service opportunities using available tools.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, tech and policies.
• Develop community relationships and internal partnerships to drive growth.
• Oversee recruitment/hiring to staff market with aligned talent.
• Ensure branch operations comply with policies and risk controls.
• Understand branch sales, service, operations and financial performance.
• Demonstrate expertise in banking, investments, lending, sales leadership and presentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
