Job summary

Huntington in Fort Mitchell, KY is seeking a Branch General Manager to lead a mass affluent branch. You will coach a team of bankers, drive sales, service and operations, and deepen customer relationships while meeting budgeted production goals.

You will oversee branch staffing, partner referrals, OCR metrics, and community engagement, with emphasis on delivering excellent customer experiences and strong internal collaboration to grow the business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; minimum of 2 years of sales management experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; 2+ years branch management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a staff of bankers with an assigned book of business.
• Lead branch sales, service, and operations to achieve budgeted production goals.
• Oversee recruitment/hiring to staff the market with Huntington–savvy colleagues.
• Develop internal partnerships and referrals to deepen customer relationships and grow deposits and loans.
• Ensure compliance with OCR guidelines, policies, and procedures.
