Safety-Kleen seeks a Branch Manager to lead the assigned branch's operations, profitability, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes safe work practices, budget discipline, and growth opportunities for the team.

Responsibilities include optimizing overall operations, reporting, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards while driving customer retention and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Budgeting and P&L understanding is required.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead/mentor in a team.
• Maintain discretion with confidential information.
• Valid driver’s license required for travel and field visits.
• Proven ability to operate safely and follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Willingness to complete background check and drug test as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize branch operations and profitability.
• Lead health, safety, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Monitor and analyze operational reports and KPIs.
• Drive growth and retain customers through effective service and pricing.
• Prepare annual budget and manage costs to meet targets.
• Conduct periodic staff performance reviews and development planning.
• Collaborate with District Manager on safety stats and reporting.
• Market services and pursue growth opportunities with clients.
