American Welding & Gas, Inc. in Appleton, WI is seeking an energetic Branch Manager to lead day-to-day sales, warehousing, distribution, and P&L responsibilities. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, and maintain an attractive store while delivering excellent customer service.

You will hire, train, and motivate branch personnel, review monthly financial statements, and coordinate with other branches to resolve issues while driving profitable growth and high store rankings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous management experience.
• Intermediate level computer skills.
• Team player who takes ownership and drives for results.
• Excellent communicator with clear, direct communication.

Responsabilidades

• Direct day-to-day sales, warehousing, distribution, and production with P&L responsibilities.
• Hire, train, motivate, plan and direct branch personnel and give performance feedback.
• Coordinate activities with other branches to resolve customer, sales or operational issues.
• Ensure safety meetings, enforce safety rules, and maintain a clean, attractive store.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and forecasts; monitor store ranking metrics.
