Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.

• Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.
• Experience with data interpretation and routine database activity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and maintain accurate records.
• Manage hiring, supervision, and training of staff.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for market share growth.
• Monitor expenses and seek cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure product inventory quality and appropriate stock levels.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and company confidentiality.
• Prepare government compliance forms as required.
