Richards Building Supply in Springfield, IL is seeking a Branch Manager who can lead sales growth, mentor a team, and ensure operational excellence in a hands-on, contractor-facing environment.

You will drive market share, oversee inventory and budgeting, build strong customer relationships with contractors and business owners, and uphold our customer-focused culture while guiding branch performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field OR equivalent experience.
• Experience in a B2B or contractor-facing environment is a big plus.
