• Lead all aspects of branch performance and drive revenue and customer loyalty.
• Grow branch revenue through consumer and business households and partnerships.
• Coach to consultative selling and balance sheet understanding to support customer financial wellbeing.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience across omni-channel channels.
• Develop and coach branch team through onboarding, coaching and performance management.
