Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of branch performance and drive revenue through consultative client interactions.
• Grow branch revenue through consumer and business banking activities and partnerships.
• Coach and develop branch team, onboard talent, and manage performance.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience and ensure seamless omni-channel banking.
• Manage operational, reputational, and regulatory risks and ensure compliance.
