Job summary

BMO Harris Bank is seeking a branch leader in Mequon, WI who will guide a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales of banking products. You will coach staff, develop local strategies, and build strong customer relationships to grow the branch portfolio.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, risk management, and cross‑group collaboration to align with the bank's objectives and community focus. Strong leadership and banking experience are required.

Qualifications

Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous supervisory or management experience.
In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services.
In-depth knowledge of branch operational processes and policies.

Responsibilities

Guides, directs, and coaches staff to deliver exceptional service to BMO customers.
Identifies and makes referrals to other business groups to grow wallet share.
Develops and executes a branch business plan to maximize growth and customer retention.
Performs coaching, performance management, and development of branch employees.
Maintains a high-touch relationship with key branch customers and prospects.
