Job summary

Woodforest National Bank in South Carolina seeks a Branch Banking leader to drive customer relationships and community engagement at the Charleston location. You will expand consumer and business deposits, supervise staff, and deliver the Woodforest Experience daily.

The role requires 5 years of sales/service experience or a degree with 3 years, plus 1 year leading a team. Flexible hours and a strong commitment to customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• Or a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales/customer service experience.
• 1 year of experience leading and directing sales staff.
• In-store banking experience is preferred.
• Candidates residing within the community are favored.

Responsibilities

• Achieve branch sales and revenue goals by marketing banking products and services.
• Recruit, train, retain and motivate staff to meet profitability and growth objectives.
• Develop and lead strategies to grow consumer and business relationships.
• Grow deposits and loans through inside and outside business calling.
• Be proactive in seeking business outside the branch.
• Lead with energy, coaching, and a customer-focused approach.
