Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Advisors is hiring for a Branch Manager in Pepper Pike or Westlake, OH. The role leads Ameriprise-owned branches, coaches advisors, drives recruiting, and grows the business through a clear local strategy. The position emphasizes integrity, client focus, and a strong office culture.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree and FINRA licenses (or ability to obtain). They seek proven leadership, sales success, and the ability to manage P&L while delivering the Ameriprise Client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Active FINRA Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Active FINRA Series 24, or 9/10 or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Active State Securities Agent Registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Active State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Active Life and Accident/Health insurance license or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Proven success driving business growth.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to drive and motivate an organization to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Implement national recruiting strategy and recruit high quality experienced advisors.
• Drive profitable organic growth of the branch office key metrics through leadership and coaching.
• Lead the branch with integrity and supervise sales activities based on client objectives and risk tolerance.
• Develop strong local office culture and uphold Ameriprise core values.
• Maintain or build personal wealth management practice serving clients through the Ameriprise Client Experience.
