Qualifications

• Minimum freight forwarding experience 5–7 years.
• Experience managing branch operations with P&L responsibility.
• Background in international air and ocean freight plus domestic freight forwarding.
• Domicile location near IAH Airport, Houston, TX.
• Experience with agency/franchise freight forwarding model.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth to a gross monthly revenue target of about $1,000,000 and diversify product offerings.
• Lead and coach a sales team of at least three representatives.
• Manage operations and customer service teams with training on TeamNAV.
• Strive to operate the branch as best of class and maintain a professional facility.
• Oversee collections with AR < 10% over 90 days and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Oversee cartage operations for local and network business.
• Build and maintain branch profitability.
