Job summary

Currency Exchange International (CXI) seeks a Full-Time Retail Branch Manager for the Galleria branch in Houston, TX. The role leads daily operations, drives customer service excellence, and oversees staff performance and compliance.

Strong leadership and budget skills are essential to maximize branch performance and ensure secure, accurate transactions. The position includes branch marketing, inventory management, and collaboration with CXI’s security and compliance policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and client handling.
• Experience building and leading teams in a retail setting.
• Ability to train staff and implement policies.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Financial awareness: budgets, costs, and inventory.
• Familiarity with compliance and AML regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations to meet budgeted performance.
• Maintain excellent customer service at the Houston Galleria location.
• Train and supervise staff; ensure proper onboarding and performance.
• Ensure security policies and daily cash reconciliation are followed.
• Manage inventory of foreign and US currencies; coordinate ordering.
• Maintain vendor and landlord relationships and local marketing efforts.
