Responsibilities

• Ensure staff follow Retail Policy procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Drive branch performance in line with budget.
• Organize training for new employees.
• Maintain neat and tidy branch appearance.
• Adhere to CXI’s retail security policies.
• Control operating and staff costs.
• Ensure compliance with money laundering rules.
• Reconcile inventories daily.
• Maintain inventories of foreign and US currencies.
• Record transactions and inventory for accounting.
• Liaise with landlord for branch facility.
• Market the branch via flyers and web marketing.
