Job summary

Third Federal is seeking a Branch Manager Trainee to join our Fort Myers and Naples area team. This on-site role focuses on developing leadership skills while delivering exceptional customer service in a retail banking environment.

During training you will rotate through nearby branches and eventually lead a team, uphold branch policies, and promote our financial products. Strong communication and coaching abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience managing a retail team (banking preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop associates.
• Proven track record in meeting multiple objectives and deadlines.
• Strong PC skills including Word and Excel.
• Mortgage/loan applications experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, training, and managing performance of branch staff
• Ensure branch operational integrity and compliance in all branch policies and procedures
• Provide consistent quality customer service to both internal and external customers that meet or exceed established standards
• Ensure that team members exceed customer satisfaction expectations and demonstrate Third Federal’s values

Role Summary

We are looking for both experienced and aspiring Branch Managers to join our team at Third Federal. Location: While we have 14 branches across the state of Florida, this position will focus on our Southwest Region (Fort Myers and Naples). During training, you will cycle through nearby branches. Once training is complete, we will work together to determine your home branch with your growth, commute, and business need in mind.

Requirements

• Recent experience taking Home Equity Line/Loan applications preferred

Our anticipated pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually. At Third Federal, we’re committed to transparency throughout the hiring process. The pay range listed is based on relevant market data, role responsibilities, and skills required for the position. Individual pay will be thoughtfully determined by a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
