Job summary

Third Federal is seeking experienced and aspiring Branch Managers to lead our Clearwater/Largo area team. This role offers a better work/life balance, culture, growth within a stable, 90-year-old bank.

You will guide staff, drive service quality, and strengthen community presence. As a manager, you will coach, train, and develop associates while ensuring policy compliance and operational integrity across branches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience managing a retail team (banking preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop associates.
• Strong PC skills including Word and Excel.
• Recent experience taking Home Equity Line/Loan applications preferred.
• Recent experience taking conventional Mortgage Loan applications (purchase, construction/perm, refinance) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, training, and managing performance of branch staff
• Ensure branch operational integrity and compliance in all branch policies and procedures
• Provide consistent quality customer service to both internal and external customers that meet or exceed established standards
• Ensure that team members exceed customer satisfaction expectations and demonstrate Third Federal’s values
• Participate in branch functions and community activities to promote bank’s image and growth
• Responsible for communicating and implementing changes to policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned or requested

Role Summary

We are looking for both experienced and aspiring Branch Managers to join our team at Third Federal. Location:

While we have 14 branches across the state of Florida, this position will focus on the Clearwater/Largo area. During training, you will cycle through several nearby branches, all within a reasonable distance/commute. Once training is complete, we will work together to determine your home branch with your growth, commute, and business need in mind.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

• Strong PC skills including Word and Excel

Our anticipated pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually. At Third Federal, we’re committed to transparency throughout the hiring process. The pay range listed is based on relevant market data, role responsibilities, and skills required for the position. Individual pay will be thoughtfully determined by a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
