United Rentals is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a major operation and team across sales, service, maintenance and drivers. You’ll build a profitable location with strong leadership, ambition and competitive spirit.

Responsibilities include managing overall operations, sales initiatives, budgeting, and safety compliance while fostering exceptional customer service and a motivated team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least 5 years of business management experience with profit and loss responsibility.
• Strong sales and customer service experience required; outside sales experience preferred.
• Understanding of business accounting principles and budget preparation.

Responsabilités

• Manage overall branch operations to ensure safety, productivity, customer service and profitability.
• Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives.
• Prepare reports including profit and loss statements, monthly operating reviews, yearly budgets and other reports detailing operational status.
• Manage personnel matters.
• Oversee safety matters, audits, OSHA compliance, DOT regulations and drug/alcohol testing.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
