Graybar in West Springfield, MA seeks a Branch Manager-Electrical to drive branch profitability, oversee budgeting and staffing, and grow market share. You will design programs to increase net profit, monitor service levels, manage inventories, and build relationships with customers and suppliers to achieve short- and long-term goals.

The role requires at least 5 years in sales/operations/finance, strong leadership, and strategic thinking.

This position is also bonus eligible based on specific and relevant business metrics.This role requires the use of your personal vehicle for business purposes.
