Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; an Associate’s Degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience and 2+ years of management experience.
• Clean driving history with no DUI, DWI, or alcohol-related convictions in the past 10 years.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct branch activities to meet or exceed sales and margin targets while ensuring timely and accurate completion of required branch reporting.
• Oversee daily employee activities in alignment with Linde’s Leadership values, fostering a productive, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment.
• Guide staff in meeting safety standards and delivering exceptional, customer-centered service.
• Provide training and development to strengthen team capabilities and build strong customer relationships through prompt issue resolution.
• Manage staff scheduling and workflows to maximize efficiency, while monitoring inventory levels to meet customer needs and support sales objectives.
