Linde Gas & Equipment, Inc. Albuquerque, NM, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales performance.

You will coordinate branch activities, mentor staff, and ensure safety standards while delivering outstanding customer service. The role emphasizes staff development, scheduling, inventory oversight, and alignment with leadership values to foster a productive, customer‑focused team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience and 2+ years of management experience.
• High school diploma or GED; an Associate’s Degree is preferred.
• Clean driving history with no DUI/DWI in past 10 years.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
