• Coordinate and direct branch activities to meet or exceed sales and margin targets, ensuring timely branch reporting
• Oversee daily employee activities in line with leadership values, fostering a productive, collaborative and safety‑focused environment
• Guide staff in meeting safety standards and delivering exceptional, customer‑centered service
• Provide proactive training and development, strengthening team capabilities and building strong customer relationships
