Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in wholesale distribution, warehousing, or route-based sales.
• 1+ years of sit-down forklift experience.
• Proven track record of leading a team and managing P&L.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including warehouse management and logistics.
• Lead, train, and develop branch staff for safety and high performance.
• Drive local sales initiatives and build customer relationships in the Louisville market.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage branch P&L and control expenses to meet revenue targets.
• Promote our battery recycling program and renewable solutions locally.
