Job summary

Greenix Pest Control in Crystal Lake, IL is hiring a Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive service quality, and develop the local team. This role combines field leadership with strategic oversight to ensure world-class service for our customers.

You will manage schedules, training, and safety, work closely with staff and sales efforts, and participate in community-focused initiatives. A valid driver’s license and prior management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• Previous Management experience.
• Pest Control experience is a plus.
• Experience with reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team is working effectively and delivering World Class Service.
• Work closely with branch staff to ensure quality and timely work for customers.
• Oversee branch operations including training, compliance, HR, and sales.
• Take a hands-on approach and drive expansion and success of the business.
• Complete routes from call-offs, perform office duties on Mon and Fri, and conduct full-day field visits with team.
