Austin Telco Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager for the Taos area in South Austin. Lead daily branch operations, develop staff, and drive exceptional member service while representing the credit union in the community.

You will focus on staff development, operational excellence, and building strong member relationships, with a service-first culture and opportunities for ongoing growth within the branch network.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a credit union or banking environment.
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A commitment to member service and a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations and ensure a welcoming, service-driven environment.
• Build strong member relationships and advocate for financial literacy.
• Resolve complex member needs with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Oversee cash management, vault and ATM controls, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Represent Austin Telco in the community and participate in outreach events.
