Level Green Landscaping seeks a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our commercial landscape management operations in the Dulles/Sterling area of Northern Virginia. You will drive profitable growth, oversee the P&L, and build strong relationships with key clients and partners.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in landscape management, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven history of growing teams and delivering operational excellence. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance or related service industry; branch management, employee development, sales, and financial oversight.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• Proven track record of managing, developing, and growing teams of 15+ employees with mentorship and leadership development.
• Strong operational management experience including process improvement and branch growth strategies.
• Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning to build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve corporate goals and objectives.
• Take full leadership accountability for the P&L of your branch, including landscape management operations and enhancements.
• Allocate resources (tools, talent, equipment) to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure adherence to policies, safety, and administrative procedures.
• Select, develop, motivate, and hold staff accountable to meet performance objectives.
• Enforce safety protocols and safeguard team wellbeing.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and key business partners.
• Manage and fulfill customer contract requirements with excellence.
• Regularly review P&L statements and strive to meet or exceed targets and budgets.
