Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Agency Sales Team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of generating 1+ Crore business, strong leadership skills, and the ability to recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of insurance advisors.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Sales Managers and Insurance Advisors.
  2. Drive branch-level business targets for life insurance product sales through the agency channel.
  3. Ensure activation and productivity of advisors through regular training and performance monitoring.
  4. Achieve premium and revenue targets consistently through focused team efforts.
  5. Build strong market presence and develop lasting customer relationships.
  6. Conduct joint fieldwork and ensure high-quality prospecting and closing.
  7. Monitor team performance and take necessary actions for growth and development.
  8. Ensure adherence to company compliance policies and operational guidelines.

Candidate's Profile:
  1. Minimum 7+ years of experience in Life Insurance Sales (preferably Agency Channel).
  2. At least 2+ years of experience in team handling (ASM/Branch Manager level).
  3. Proven ability to generate 1+ Crore annual premium business in past organizations.
  4. Strong people management, leadership, and motivational skills.
  5. Excellent communication, planning, and networking abilities.
