Job description

Maps Credit Union seeks a Bilingual Branch Manager for our Chemeketa branch who is highly motivated, results-driven, and exhibits exceptional leadership through enhanced member and employee engagement with every interaction. The ideal candidate is dynamic, driven, collaborative, and an excellent communicator to serve both our English and Spanish-speaking members.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Model and instill leadership and accountability in the branch.
  • Foster a member-centric environment where staff warmly greet members, initiate needs-based conversations, and provide tailored financial solutions.
  • Oversee the development of branch employees, including identifying training needs and establishing performance expectations through proactive coaching conversations.
  • Lead the branch to meet or exceed goals as set annually by senior management.
  • Seek opportunities to grow the branch through business development, including outreach, networking, and community partnerships; maintain collaborative relationships with Maps’ internal professional partners.
  • Ensure branch compliance with security and branch control policies, procedures, and audits.
  • Step into any role in the branch as needed.

Requirements :

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent combination of education and financial services experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years in the financial industry with demonstrated progressive responsibility.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a proven supervisory role.
  • A minimum of 3 years in direct and indirect selling roles.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • The highest level of ethical behavior.
  • Must be bondable.

Starting salary is $80,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities to earn quarterly and annual incentives.
