Accurate Personnel is hiring an immediate Branch Manager to lead our Martinsville team, overseeing branch operations and serving as the main contact for clients. You will drive growth, recruit and train staffing professionals, and manage performance and budgeting to meet targets.

The role requires 2+ years in staffing, bilingual English/Spanish, and experience in branch management with P&L responsibility. Evening hours may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Two years of staffing industry experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish to facilitate client communication.
• Proven performance in branch management, P&L responsibility, and sales management.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of partnerships with companies and community organizations through daily communication and in-person visits.
• Build high-performing teams by recruiting, hiring, and training staffing professionals.
• Set and monitor branch team goals through weekly 1:1 meetings.
• Oversee daily activities and results for the branch within the first 30 days.
• Foster open dialogue with supervisors about performance, conditions, and company matters.
• Develop motivational activities to boost morale and retention.
• Lead recruitment and business development to meet annual targets and budgets.
• Maintain branch operations and appearance per company standards and ensure SOP compliance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of financial and business reporting to manage market operations.
