Western Pest Services in the Wilmington, DE area is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations and sales, overseeing P&L, branch revenue, and day-to-day performance. You will drive service quality, team development, and strategic growth.

The role requires 5+ years of operational leadership, a bachelor’s degree, and proven ability to manage sales processes, forecasting, and audits in a pest-control or similar service environment. State license attainment is supported.

As an operational and sales leader, you will be responsible for the overall management of the branch, including, P &L management, branch revenue/sales, and overall operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous service management or operations experience in a route based or service-oriented business is preferred. (I.e. package delivery, beverage, uniform, or vending services; pest control, lawn care, or construction) Other types of management experience may be considered. We seek individuals with high integrity and are creative thinkers with an emphasis on building teams and long term, profitable relationships.

• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
