Job summary

Western Pest Services, based in Wilmington, DE, is seeking a Pest Control Technician to protect homes and businesses in our area. You will conduct inspections, apply treatments, and educate customers while helping keep properties safe and healthy.

The role offers paid training, a company vehicle, and opportunities for growth. Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old; we provide licensing support and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or better.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations as well as the ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid):

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity


• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.


• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.


• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions

Salary Range: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
