The role requires 5+ years of operational leadership, a bachelor’s degree, and proven ability to manage sales processes, forecasting, and audits in a pest-control or similar service environment. State license attainment is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of operational responsibility, including P&L and forecasting.
• Previous responsibility for the sales process and results.
• Experience providing strategic planning and succession planning initiatives.
• Experience conducting/managing third party audits in a pest control environment.
• Motivation to build teams, recruit, train & cultivate top performers.

Responsibilities

• The Branch Operations Manager will lead a team whose passion is to deliver exceptional service for homeowners and businesses alike.
• As an operational and sales leader, you will be responsible for the overall management of the branch, including P&L management, branch revenue/sales, and overall operations.
