Job summary

Western Pest Services is seeking a Branch Manager for the Ocean County, NJ area. You will lead branch operations, manage P&L and revenue, and oversee day-to-day activities to deliver top-tier pest control services.

The role emphasizes building teams, strategic planning, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of leadership experience in service industries are expected.

We are currently seeking a Branch Manager in the Ocean County, NJ area. As an operational and salesleader, you will be responsible for general management of the branch, including, P & L management, branch revenue/sales, and overall operations.

Responsibilities

The Branch Operations Manager willlead a team whose passion is to deliver exceptional service for homeowners and businesses alike. As an operational and salesleader, you will be responsible for the overall management of the branch, including, P & L management, branch revenue/sales, and overall operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous service management or operations experience in a route based or service-oriented business is preferred. (I.e. package delivery, beverage, uniform, or vending services; pest control, lawn care, or construction) Other types of management experience may be considered. We seek individuals with high integrity and are creative thinkers with anemphasis on building teams and long term, profitable relationships.

Qualifications
