Job summary

Wallace Finance in West Plains, Missouri is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, supervise branch staff, and deliver outstanding customer service and sales experiences. You will train new employees, enforce company policies, manage performance, grow accounts and receivables, handle serious customer issues, and occasionally travel for business needs.

• Provide on-site day-to-day management and supervision of branch employees.
• Trains new employees and develops their skills and understanding of company policies and all phases of branch operations.
• Keep the District Manager up to date on the overall performance of the branch.
• Provide leadership to motivate employees and maintain branch production by achieving standards.
• Maintain growth in accounts and receivables by obtaining new borrowers and retaining existing ones.
• Prepare reports as required by management
• Maintain good customer relations
• Maintain internal audits to satisfactory or better.
• See that all delinquent work is completed each day.
• Handle all serious customer issues that require management assistance.
