Job summary

Kohler Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager for the West Bend-Meijer branch. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure an exceptional member experience while driving performance and lending practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership/management experience in banking or related field.

What You'll Do as Branch Manager

As the leader of our West Bend branch, you'll oversee daily operations, develop employees, and ensure the team delivers an exceptional member experience. You'll have the opportunity to influence business performance, strengthen lending practices, and create a team culture focused on growth, accountability, and relationship building.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and develop employees: Coach team members, provide meaningful feedback, and support their professional growth and career advancement.
• Drive branch results: Establish goals, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build member relationships: Help your team understand member needs, provide personalized service, and identify opportunities to strengthen financial relationships.
• Oversee daily operations: Ensure branch activities are efficient, accurate, and compliant with policies and regulations.
• Support lending and credit decisions: Promote responsible lending practices while helping members find financial solutions that fit their needs.
• Identify opportunities for improvement: Evaluate branch performance, address challenges, and implement changes that improve productivity and service.
• Strengthen community connections: Develop local relationships and represent Kohler Credit Union in the West Bend community.
• Foster a culture of success: Set clear expectations, encourage teamwork, and recognize employees for their contributions.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience in banking, retail, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in coaching, motivating, and developing employees.
• Experience managing performance goals and improving business or operational results.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in financial services or consumer lending is preferred but not required.
• A people-focused leader who takes initiative, leads by example, and values accountability.
